Grand Jatra Hotel Balikpapan

Location is accessible to what I need. Friendly Staff... very accomodating.. Sure to stay again in the future...

I had a couple of minor issues with my room and the response I got from the manager and his team was excellent. They all went out of their way to accommodate me and make me feel welcome and at home. I will certainly return to stay there again. The room was great, bed very comfortable and the shower was hot with a good pressure. Also there is a nice bar with great local and western food so for me it ticks all the boxes.
